Sign Waivers for you and your children before visiting The Gravity Vault Marin.

For your safety and ours, waivers must be signed every 6 months and it's much faster and easier to do it online ahead of time. Parents or Guardians must sign waivers for children under 18 and children without signed waivers will be unable to enter the gym.

Every participant in our facility must have a completed waiver form. If the participant is under 18 years of age, the waiver form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
