The Gravity Vault is seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our premier indoor climbing facilities. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of gym operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management. You will be responsible for driving membership sales, monitoring key business metrics, coordinating with the HQ team on programming and initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and facility standards. You will also handle escalated member concerns and foster a positive, inclusive culture throughout the gym.
We're looking for a candidate with at least two years of management experience in a fitness, hospitality, or retail environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with point-of-sale systems, staff scheduling software, and basic financial reporting is a plus. A background in climbing or a passion for the sport is highly desirable but not required.
