Notes:

  1. Membership cancellations and freezes must be submitted in written form. Email your request to marincancel@gravityvault.com. Cancellation and freeze requests for Annual and Monthly Recurring memberships must be received by close of business 5 days before the end of the month. Freezes are available for $11 per month with a maximum of 3 ever 12 months. Cancellation fees apply for Contracts that have not completed the contract term.

  2. Family pricing members must all be from the same household.

  3. Family memberships receive 1 free belay class and 1 free guest pass per month for the family membership, not for each member.
