In this role, you'll set the tone for every visit and play a vital part in building our gym community.

As a Front Desk associate, you will greet members and walk-in guests, process membership sign-ups and renewals, handle point-of-sale transactions, and answer questions about our programs, classes, and facility policies. You will also assist with waiver processing, locker rentals, and equipment check-outs while keeping the front area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Prior customer service or retail experience is preferred, and a genuine interest in climbing or fitness is a big plus. You should be comfortable with basic computer systems, able to multitask during busy periods, and committed to delivering a consistently positive experience to every person who walks through our doors.

The Gravity Vault is looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Supervisor to support our gym operations and help lead our front desk team during daily shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to step into a leadership role, develop their management skills, and contribute to a community built around the sport of climbing. You'll work closely with both staff and members to ensure every shift runs smoothly and every visitor leaves with a great experience.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will open or close the facility, oversee front desk operations, and serve as the on-shift point of contact for staff and members. Your responsibilities will include handling cash and daily reconciliation, supporting new team members during training, responding to member inquiries and concerns, and ensuring all safety standards and gym policies are upheld throughout your shift. You will also coordinate with the Manager on operational updates and report any incidents or facility issues.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service or supervisory experience and a strong sense of accountability. You should be comfortable leading a small team, staying calm under pressure, and making quick decisions when needed. Familiarity with gym or fitness facility operations is a plus, as is an enthusiasm for climbing. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
